Overview
Chris Friday is a multi-disciplinary artist whose creative work both examines and challenges prevailing misrepresentations and narratives surrounding Blackness in mainstream media and popular culture. Join us alongside the artist's Art In The Plaza installation Narcissist for a thoughtful self portraiture workshop. Drawing from the tale of Narcissus and the reflecting pool, Chris Friday's collaborator for this event, Arsimmer McCoy, will guide participants on a journey inward as an act of self love.
