Conversations at MOCA: Curatorial Panel

Overview

As MOCA turns 30, this iteration of Conversations at MOCA recognizes an institution shaped in no small part by a legacy of strong female curatorial voices. To mark this anniversary, we're bringing together women curators working across South Florida for a conversation about what it means to lead, to evolve, and to stay in real relationship with the creative communities that make an institution matter.

The program brings together the curators whose work is currently shaping MOCA's galleries: Laura Novoa and Kimari Jackson, co-curators of our South Florida Cultural Consortium exhibition, and Catherine Camargo, curator of our 30th Anniversary Collection show. They'll be joined by Amanda Sanfilippo Long, Curator and Artist Manager for Art in Public Places at Miami-Dade County and Director of the South Florida Cultural Consortium, who will guide the conversation.
