Transitions into New Role” width=”200″ height=”240″ />Tracey Robertson Carter assumes the new role of Director of The Leadership Circle at MOCA. This dynamic upper level membership group was formed in 2010 to cultivate the next generation of advocates for the arts, culture and philanthropy in Miami.
With the guidance of the Leadership Circle Executive Committee, MOCA Membership & Marketing Board Chair, Janice Lipton, and the efforts of the Membership department under Robertson Carter’s direction, this group has continued to grow and provide necessary fundraising support and ambassadorship for the museum. The museum provides programs that further engage this luminary group with contemporary art and philanthropy in Miami. Whether through the monthly “Circle Talk” series that provide open dialogue with collectors & artists, to programs such as the partnership with the Harvard Business School Alumni Association, or to cultural outreach programs that have in the past included a trip to FRIEZE Art Fair, London where the group received a private studio visit with artist Tracey Emin. Tracey thanks the Board, of which her mother Joan Levien Robertson, is a new Trustee, for their commitment to developing young patrons of the arts.
