Hi! Thanks for asking. Here are my answers.

What are you reading/watching/listening to?
I am reading a science fiction novel called The Three Body Problem, which has an “”end of days”” vibe to it without it being too resonant with the present moment. (I tried reading Severance by Ling Ma, and it was way too much like real life. I’ll come back to it later.) Poetry-wise, I””m reading a new anthology called The Break Beat Poets Vol. 4: LatiNext, which has a bunch of Miami and Miami-adjacent poets in it, including Yaddyra Peralta, Stefanie Clara Fernández, Jaquira Díaz, Jennifer Maritza McCauley, and Ariel Francisco.

How has your work changed now that you are doing it from home?
Now that I’m working from home, I get to eat lunch with my family, which is nice.

What are you looking forward to doing once we are no longer sequestered?
I’m really looking forward to hugging friends, and to our extended family getting to hug our kids.
