Adults ages 18 or older are invited to MOCA’s unique series of make-and-take artistic workshops, taught by local working artists. The purpose of MOCA Makers is to introduce working artists and their techniques to an art conscious public through creative workshops inspired by MOCA’s current exhibitions.

For March’s MOCA Maker’s program, join Curator of Education Amanda Covach to learn easy and inexpensive screen-printing techniques, and gather inspiration from AFRICOBRA founding member, Barbara Jones-Hogu. All participants will get to take home their own, custom screen and printed tote bag. Limit of 20 participants, first come first serve basis.

$20 MOCA Members & City of North Miami Residents

$25 for Non Members

Please check in at the front desk in the museum to receive your wristband, all MOCA Members or City of North Miami residents must present a valid ID.
