MOCAZINE is a FREE four-week intensive program that provides students with the opportunity to learn writing and art-making skills. Improve your investigative techniques and interviewing strategies, discover the basics of journalism, photojournalism and graphic design. Taught by professionals in the field, MOCAZINE inspires students and prepares them for real-world experiences as aspiring writers and artists.

July 3–7, 2017 | Introduction to the Craft of Journalism
Learn how to write a feature story, interview an artist, or write a review of a film, art show, or musical performance.
July 10–14, 2017 | Photojournalism
Tell a story using both words and images and document the stories of interesting people who live in Miami.
July 17–21, 2017 | Digital Jounalism
Learn how to document a live interview and create a story.
July 24–28, 2017 | Final Edits
Work with mentors to edit videos that will be posted on the MOCA website and compose articles for the print edition of MOCAZINE.
