Free outdoor concerts (rain or shine) held the last Friday of every month at 8 pm. MOCA galleries are open by donation from 7-10 pm. Sponsored by  Starbucks Coffee Company and the North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency.

Felipe Lamoglia

FELIPE LAMOGLIA

Grammy award winning saxophonist, composer and arranger Felipe Lamoglia is known for his Afro Cuban beats. Born and educated in Cuba, Lamoglia relocated to the US in 1999 where he immediately began playing with Celia Cruz and Arturo Sandoval. Billboard Magazine says "Mr. Lamoglia seems to be one of the first tenor sax players from Cuba to really have some direct influence from Coltrane, but with a particular language based in the Afro-Cuban traditions."
